I called...asked if they had any capacitors in stock for a particular motor on an air compressor.. No, we do not. Click. No hi, bye, or kiss my ass from the dude who answered the phone.. EDIT: to your response.. I just cleared my schedule for that picnic!!

I just tried to get information on an electric motor from the early 1900's made by this company. When asked if they had any information available the person i spoke with said "No we don't have any information try the internet" and promptly hung up the phone. I call that terrible customer service.
