RecommendedI’ve been with this practice for nearly 15 yrs . Yes I’ve experienced miscommunications, this is no different then anywhere you go . I’ve seen all the doctors here and also seen Linda . Linda is wonderful and makes you feel like a friend and super easy to talk to . Jean the receptionist has been there forever and my goodness I love her . She cares !
While the nurse practitioner and nurse I saw were okay, the office policies, which they don't inform you of prior to visitation, are absolutely ridiculous. I had to argue with their billing department who insisted I pay a co-pay even though my co-pay doesn't begin until my deductible is met. After my first visit I was mailed a copy of their 'global maternity billing policy' which basically said I needed to pay up front ($300) every month until I delivered, and then that would be applied to my bill. i have been a patient for 16 years. I love the nurse practitioners Pam and Linda. Tje docs are hard to get a hold of because they are always with babies lol
My mother has been a patient at this office for nearly 30 years - Dr. Stafford was even the doctor that delivered me as a baby, so of course, when it was time to choose an ob/gyn I didn't think twice about choosing this practice. What a mistake! Every experience I have had with this office so far has been full of miscommunications and hassle. Completely unprofessional, and I wish I could go elsewhere but cannot until they finally decide to see me (hopefully) next month to get my IUD put in, after promising me an appointment ... read more
After my last visit I will never go back there again. If you're looking for a doctor that cares I suggest you look elsewhere
I am not a fan of this place. I wasn’t even a patient there and they told me that I could not be seen due to excessive no-shows. I have no idea where they’re getting their information, but I don’t understand how that is even appropriate for a patient that hasn’t been seen there. I will not be recommending this practice to anyone.
I had a well visit, but have recently been experiencing some health problems. My visit went well and the staff and doctor were very pleasant and professional, which I really liked. The problem I had was after the visit I experienced problems and was only able to reach the answering service who assured me a doctor would call me... I am still waiting 8 hrs later on a Saturday. Had the doctor called me in somewhat of a timely manner my gp's office would still be open, however they closed 2 hours after I spoke with the answering... read more
The doctors are ok. They don't really explain things that great to you but there is only one receptionist that cares about what she does. The rest are useless. You make appointments and they schedule you for a different office but tell you it's at the one location or they leave messages saying I think you meant this appointment and cancel the appointment you actually want before you even speak to them to confirm. Very unorganized.
