As far as the comment from magnakleen..Calling her by her name, well that is unprofessional. There is no reason to bring her identity in this. "Sour grapes" I think that is a bit unprofessional as well. You are "suppose" to be a business man/women and if a potential client reads the review (as I did) and sees the way you commented to another customer it is not looking to good on your part... read more

Beware! This company requires a LONG term service contract. We were happy with the service, our route person is very nice, but as business conditions changed, we found that the product was more of a hassle than a help. (Grooves in the mats collected dirt, hair, grass clippings, etc., requiring much care and time we do not have for this.) A polite request to terminate the contract (less than a year to go) met with total inflexibility and a rude attitude from the Service Manager.
