Disgusting how little they care about their members. My wife needed an ambulance straight away and MAGNACARE would not pay for the services AT ALL (not even a small percentage) despite of the fact that they we were paying members under their coverage, Their excuse is that the ambulance was not in network. MAGNACARE never provided a booklet regarding our member coverage, and in all honesty who has the time to pick an ambulance in network when there's an emergency?
