The technician was at my house with in an hour. He diagnosed and fixed my A/C with in two and a half hours. He answered all my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also had the parts on his truck to make the needed repairs. This was all done for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

I reached out to Magna-Tech Temp Air on Aug 11 after I noticed some ice on one of the lines of the outside unit of our HVAC system (condenser). The call was promptly answered by Albert, who was very attentive, professional, and courteous. Albert from Magna-Tech is excellent. He is very polite and professional. Our AC unit had stopped working. Albert responded to my call very promptly, came over and diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it. I am very happy with his service.
