Was fired for being hurt on the job. And couldn't do anything about it for the "At Will contract" they use. They also break so many OSHA laws and the environment is so toxic the higher up pay no attention to what's goin on the floor and OT is mandatory but you sign a volunteer sheet for it saying you know when OT is. If I could this place would be outta business due to all the illegal shit they do.
The other coworkers are very rude. They dont care about peoples feelings. Certain bosses dont care either. If people are mad at you they make sure not to relieve you for your breaks. Its high school all over again where people want to be immature and childish vs being adults like they should be.
