The staff put you on hold for 20-25minutes at a time after you’ve called multiple times they seem not to care about answering you they can’t fax simple documents to the pharmacy you have to harass them till they do it Dr. Farhat will see you for over a couple years then decide he no longer wants to refill your prescriptions that he’s been prescribing you for years a couple days prior to refill and says to me I need to find a new GP doctor and now makes me go through withdrawals and hurt from my chronic pain, he does not care... read more
Great experience here. I was visiting Edmonton and needed a walk in clinic. The staff were great, very quick to get me in with a doctor. Dr Ramroop was professional, thorough and very empathetic. I appreciate it.
We felt truly welcomed and well cared for during our visit. Dr. Farhat has a big heart — he is thorough, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our medical needs. His dedication goes above and beyond the expectations of his profession. We are extremely satisfied with the care we receive at this clinic. The nurses and staff are all exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. We can’t thank everyone enough — especially Dr. Farhat — for helping keep our family healthy.
