Reporter failed to show up for trial one day, showed up a half day late another day, and was half hour or more late for trial on two other days. Magna had no other reporters to replace her. The delays cost my client thousands of dollars in attorney's fees. I complained to Magna but they did nothing; not even adjusted the bill.
