I have had the worst experience with the court reporter services from Magna. The original exhibits we received back were completely disorganized as pictured. Digital exhibits were scanned incorrectly and disorganized. The transcript also contained errors, and it has been a slow, time-wasting process to get this mess fixed. I cannot transmit the final transcript to the client or to Court when it has such errors. I will not be using their services again for any reason.
