Steve Marshall conspired with a competitor to try and drive our business into bankruptcy, so the competitor could move in and buy our business without having to pay for equipment. Steve tried to raise our lease each year by an unreasonable amount to try and try to evict us, so the competitor could get in with all the free equipment.
