as a court clerk i will say that there was a real sweet lady who was working for them very soft spoken and she had to file a emergency protective order on her old house manager a lekeisha due to this company not caring that she was stalking her and that client she was in fear for her life i seen her a couple days ago and asked her about the outcome and i was told that the young lady followed them to church and that she got in trouble about the situation after they knew she was stalking i didn't like hearing about this after ... read more
This place is horrible. My aide dumped a bunch of yellowish powder all over my couch, never cleaned it up, didn't take it the trash and left and never returned. I called Magna's office and told them what the aide did and they did nothing. I'm disabled and not able to walk. This is unacceptable to leave me with this mess. I've now changed agency's and they're 150% better. If I could have put zero stars, I would have.
My case manager and Mrs. Christina or awesome I've been with this company for years and I would not change they are polite helpful and high standard of professionalism is remarkable always ready to help
Wonderful organization. Love the family-oriented environment and compassion. The variety of services and resources available to families and clients is outstanding.
