Terrible customer service! I asked for information about my appointment twice, and they promised to call me back, but simply forgot about me. Once, I went to the office at the scheduled time and day, only to find it closed without any prior notice of rescheduling my appointment. And when I finally managed to reach them a week later, they didn't even apologize. I am undergoing treatment with aligners, and I'm supposed to receive four new sets of aligners every month. Stay away from this dental office if you want to avoid endless frustration and inconvenience, especially for long-term treatments like Invisalign! Initially, everything may seem promising - a friendly staff, a modern office, and a seemingly competent dentist. I came in for a dental consultation with Dr. Martinez (free). My teeth are in horrible shape. He really went above and beyond in terms of the time spent and his knowledge. Dr. Martinez spent over two hours with me, which included x-rays, 3-D images, overall oral exam, and finally a comprehensive discussion of treatment options. It’s a beautiful office with technologically advanced equipment. I’m still deciding what my next move will be, but be assured that Dr. Martinez is at the top of my list.
