Wow! That's what I said and that's what my husband said when we saw what Magna-Dry did in our basement. The carpet looks brand new! The filthy carpet on the steps is spotless now - I can see a pattern! Wow wow wow! We are so impressed and delighted with the job done. They even left us with a spray spot remover for the future. Highly recommended! this is one happy customer!
