Magma double burner with grill and plancha. First, if I wasn't so disappointed in the company, this is a fairly nice product. Mine arrived in a obviously opened and returned box. It arrived with a broken handle and there was a loose nut at the bottom of the box. I inherited someone else's problem. Way to go Magma! The saga continues... The advertising is very misleading. Nice grill. Nice rod that holds the grill. But they had no idea where to get the mount for the rod which is sold by scotty mounts. #241 is the mount for the rod they sell. I had to do a lot of research to find it. The rod is useless without that scotty mount. They should sell it on there website when they sell the mount. It would save buyers a lot of aggravation. Its not that hard for magma to accomplish.

Incredibly poor customer service. I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon (call it Monday since they were closed), then on Tuesday morning they announce a Memorial Day 20% code. They are unwilling to honor the code. Do any companies try to retain customers anymore? It certainly seems like this one doesn’t care, so I’ll refuse delivery and move on to another manufacture.
