Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. We bought the Magma Monterey 2 Gourmet Series Grill - Infrared [A10-1225-2GS] in July 2025. After 2 uses it was clear the product was not working properly. The regulator that it was sold with only allows for MAX heat which then helped show the weakness in the material as the BBQ started warping under the heat. Magma double burner with grill and plancha. First, if I wasn't so disappointed in the company, this is a fairly nice product. Mine arrived in a obviously opened and returned box. It arrived with a broken handle and there was a loose nut at the bottom of the box. I inherited someone else's problem. Way to go Magma! The saga continues... The advertising is very misleading. Nice grill. Nice rod that holds the grill. But they had no idea where to get the mount for the rod which is sold by scotty mounts. #241 is the mount for the rod they sell. I had to do a lot of research to find it. The rod is useless without that scotty mount. They should sell it on there website when they sell the mount. It would save buyers a lot of aggravation. Its not that hard for magma to accomplish.
