Chris, the owner and landlord, has been an excellent landlord over the last two years. He provided me with multiple utilities and repaired/improved various facilities for myself and other tenants well, quickly, and often. He is very communicative and truly wants the best for his tenants! Beyond Chris, the location is excellent! It is in walking distance to the UofA and very close to main roads and avenues for going all cardinal directions. I cannot recommend Maglione Rentals enough!
I've rented with Chris for 4 years. If not for having to move to a new city I would gladly continue renting my current place for the foreseeable future. The rent is great for the location (near campus) and Chris is a great landlord. He rents at a fair price, he's responsive to emails and tenant needs, and always seems to be working on improving the area. My home is a bit old as many downtown Tucson homes are, but it has been well cared for and maintained so I've been able to enjoy old home charm with new home comfort. While ... read more
Looks like scam, or places you never want to rent. Called the numbers, listed in front of some properties: from multiple calls only 1 answered. Then the guy told me he "would call back". He did call, just to ask to send him via email my name, email and phone number, so he would "send me the address of the office", where he set the appointment next day "to see the properties".
