I've rented with Chris for 4 years. If not for having to move to a new city I would gladly continue renting my current place for the foreseeable future. The rent is great for the location (near campus) and Chris is a great landlord. He rents at a fair price, he's responsive to emails and tenant needs, and always seems to be working on improving the area. Looks like scam, or places you never want to rent. Called the numbers, listed in front of some properties: from multiple calls only 1 answered. Then the guy told me he "would call back". He did call, just to ask to send him via email my name, email and phone number, so he would "send me the address of the office", where he set the appointment next day "to see the properties". Chris is the most responsive, fair, and kind landlord I have ever had. I would recommend renting from him to anyone looking for a nice spot in Tucson!
