I’ve had a terrible experience with Holly at this office and have had no support from the office staff/leadership team. She removes people from my team from emails who she decides she seemingly doesn’t like but who have been nothing but kind. She talks down to me and others repeatedly. Very disappointed in their tax service. I always do my own, but wanted to make sure taxes for my deceased ex-husband were done correctly this year. When I picked them up the first time last week, the names and addresses for lesee and landlord were incorrect on the renter's deduction form. I called back with the correct information. I also had a question that it was noted that the IN taxes were e-file. They can't be due to required supporting documentation.
