Kern Architects has now had the pleasure of teaming with Maginnis Construction on 2 projects. I can't say enough about how well they planned, communicated, and executed each of them. Stuart and his team are simply the best contractors I have ever encountered. Period. They did a major renovation on our warehouse, which was subsequently featured on a local paper. Their craftsmanship is top notch. But what really distinguishes them is their integrity. They do what they say they are going to do. On time. On budget. We have worked with the Maginnis Team on several projects over the last 6 years. The communication has alway been open and positive. These guy are professionals, Stuart and his team are proactive not reactive, I can’t tell you how much money$$$ he has saved us with his knowledge on designs and construction.
