Great vet and staff. They always work with us on getting our 4 babies in when needed and remind us when it’s time for them to come back. When our oldest baby’s time came, he came and opened the clinic after 10 at night and waited with my daughter and I until my wife could get there from work in Dardanelle. Then he patiently waited for every one to cuddle and say their good byes. He arranged for cremation and had the ashes sent to us. They sent us a condolences card as well. Just awesome
I took my puppy in for his first visit yesterday and the office was very busy so I thought I would have to wait a while but I was pleasantly surprised when we were called back early. The Doctor and staff were very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Dr. Magie to all of our Friends and Family.
Dr. Magie in his staff have been very good to me. My Chihuahua Icy Storm was in labor when I took her in to the clinic. She had been in labor for some time. I regret to say in I blame myself I let her labor to long. When I got her to the clinic it was to late. Before he could get an Iv in she took her last breath. Dr. Magie in his staff was very apologetic They was very sweet in concern about my Icy. The next day I received a sympathy card, wow that showed me this was a very careing clinic. if I could rate zero I would. Two times I've went in and there wasn't even a vet in the place. Yesterday I found the neighborhood cat covered in maggots. In his eyes and everything. The vet wasn't in ofc and they told me to wash him because that's all they were going to do anyways. So I took the poor baby home and he died the next day before I could see the other vet. That's the second animal in like two years I've taken up there for care and the vet wasn't there. Both died. Just don't bother with them and go the other one.
Dr Chris Magie and his entire staff have always been wonderful with all of our pets. We feel very confident about the care our pets receive from Magie Veterinary Clinic and appreciate them so much!
