Wonderful atmosphere. Kudos to Masi who has been doing my hair for 8 years. She is great stylist and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. Thank you Masi.
What a horrendous experience!!!! I went in for a simple wash and blow dry, and it was clear right away that the stylist had no idea what he was doing. From the moment I sat down at the sink, I felt uncomfortable, the chair was set so far away that I had to awkwardly bend my head back, which was painful. The hair wash itself was even worse. He tugged on my hair, accidentally hit me in the face, and barely even got my hair wet. My scalp and the back of my head were still completely dry when he started applying shampoo. amazing ! seriously i dont know why i use to go to ither branch while this branch have very nice friendly lovely ladies cutting my kids hair very professionally and with beautiful smile on their face thank you massi and emy you were so wonderful and professional:)) <3
