m really disappointed with the haircut I got. I had asked for a trendy, modern style and was hoping the stylist would give some suggestions too — but she didn’t seem interested at all. Instead, she just rushed through the whole thing and finished my haircut in barely 5 minutes. She didn’t ask me anything or try to understand what I wanted. I had a confirmed appointment for July 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM (with written proof), but upon arrival, the woman at the location claimed she had no idea about it. She said her internet was down, her phone didn’t work, and she operates on a first-come, first-served basis — yet somehow also claimed someone else had an appointment an hour after mine.
