Extremely disappointed Thought it was a walk in place…two hour wait 2 people there and two hairdressers No way Highly unreccommended
first visit was great, second visit got a very choppy cut, third visit the hairdresser stayed in the back room on her lunch break for our appointments so we left... look elsewhere for consistency and consideration.
Been cutting my kids hair their whole lives and not getting my hair cut at all due to bad experiences in salons.. took a chance and walked in. Janice took care of the three of us on the spot and was absolutely amazing! was so good with my very chatty and hyperactive tweens. And actually listened to what I wanted for my hair! I have had every stylist do whatever they wanted with my hair and never left happy... till now! I wanted to keep as much length as possible while getting rid of as much dead ends as we could, and she did... read more
Loved the way Lily cut my hair! Made my appointments with her, when I called this time they are not allowing me to book with Lily. No more appointments and I am very disappointed you just lost a customer.
