Terrible service and the machine scratches cars; I paid for carpet cleaning and they didn't even clean it

Used to be a great spot to wash your car back when the previous owners had it. Took my car to wash and my mirror was broken due to the machine and Im assuming one of staff members didn’t fold my mirror in. I was told to leave my phone number at the front desk and they would reach out. No one has called to follow up with the incident. When I asked the lady at the counter if she wants to take a look or take pictures to document it she said no it’s fine we will call you when we have the replacement mirror. Never reached out
