I can’t speak for everyone but I can confidently say that the staff treated me and my children with kindness and respect. Yes the wait times are long but I’ve worked in these kind of offices before (Clearly understaffed). Not sure if the office is private owned but other than the wait times, everything seems to be in order. The pediatric doctor was calm and patient with my daughters. Thank you!

Jamás jamás habia sentido el clasismo y racismo como en este lugar hoy 22 de septiembre 2026 desde la mujer que atiende en el lobby con una actitud como que a pedirle prestado va uno hasta la pesades de las miradas de los que atienden adentro. Si estan en un lugar de trabajo con niños porque andan todos enojados. Si no les gusta su trabajo busquen otro pero no sean racistas si la mayoría son latinos. Espero que en algún momento cambien su manera horrible de atender a las personas. NO AL RACISMO

HORRIBLE experience!!!!!! i moved and had to change my dentist. I made an appointment long time ago and came in 20 minutes before appointment time. I checked in on the qr code and it said you are checked in. After 45 min of waiting and my 4 yr old getting cranky, I asked them how long??? and she said “you didnt check in” i was so pissed i said ok then she got our info and said i will take you in next, and they call another kids name and i was like really? cancel it! and i had made another appointment for my older son for dec... read more

This placed is terrible. They don't let u know the dentist will not be until u get there. The staff is just as bad. They put u on hold forever and then they hang up on u. Today I called 5 times before a scheduler was able to get me some information but then she had to transfer me. She said they would talk to me and get me the other information I needed and that I would be on hold for about 5 minutes. They never came on the line. I finally hung up after1/2 hour. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
