Today we had a 9:30 AM appointment for my daughter at MagicLand Children’s Dentistry. Unfortunately, we had to wait for more than an hour before the dentist finally saw us. During that time, we went to the front desk two or three times to ask about the delay, and we noticed that several children who arrived after us had already finished their appointments. *update* changing it to 4 stars since I spoke to the manager Viviana and she made me feel heard and appreciated. ‼️1 Star – Horrible wait times and dishonest staff!‼️ I arrived at Magicland Dental in Pacoima at 2:56 PM for my appointment and wasn't walked to a chair until 4:30 PM…. And let me tell you why. Early on, I heard my name called I raised my hand and was about to stand up but another patient who arrived way after me got up and walked in instead. They made my appointment for 8:00am in the morning. Send me four notifications reminders for my appointment at 8:00am. When I arrived day of my appointment they were closed. They should be more organized. The paper on the door says opened at 8:00am and online says open at 8am.
Thank you too the office and staff! My experience was filled with warm greetings and the secretary Rosary communicated with me about my son’s procedure for the day in a professional matter.
