I had a tattoo done here in 2007, and the woman who did it left me with a piece that was horrible. I finally decided to go back for a touch up. The owner, Dwayne Matthews saw it and immediately began talking to me. He redid my tattoo and is continuing to do the touch ups to get it just right.
