Made an appointment with Carlos a week in advance, gave him all my details, phone number, address, and he even stated that if I wanted him to come earlier he would be more then happy to come. The date of the appointment we neither called me, nor did he show up for the appointment we had scheduled. Unfortunately I cannot reccomend this company for several reasons, their attitude and lack of customer service being the first. Both the gentlemen that performed the work and the young lady making the contracts are very argumentative and do not understand what customer service means. They quoted us on removing the carpets and padding, then did not take an area rug and gave many excuses as to why they didnt. My family and I went away for Memorial Day Weekend this past May and left the dishwasher on. When we came back home we found out the dishwasher had malfunctioned causing flooding in our kitchen, dining room and part of the living room. The laminate floors were ruined.
