If I could leave 0 stars I would! Had a monthly subscription with Magic Wash for 2 years. Called to cancel my subscription. Was told that I have to go in and sign a form. Before I could make it over to sign the form, they charged me $38.00. When I asked what this was for they said it was their new subscription price. I said great I'm cancelling, please refund my money. I was told they would refund half of my money if I signed up for another year subscription. I said that wasn't going to happend.
