I got great service. I love the organization, great people.
I decide to give Magical Smile a try after reading some of the reviews. Unfortunately my husband and I had a horrible experience. We were treated like trash by the manager Nicole. She was very rude, disrespectful, condescending, aggressive and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend getting any dental services under her management. She clearly needs to take some leadership classes.
I always have great experience. Doctor nurses everyone is very nice. Doctor is very good and genuine. I will recommend him very highly.
Dr Puri is very experienced, kind and knowledgeable dentist. I recommend her to all of my family and friends.
My son has terrible teeth. We went to Magical Smiles a year ago. My son had an upper molar pulled. He came out smiling, no blood no pain. Every person that works here is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I had the same molar pulled a week before at a different dental office. I never had such a rough dentist. He pulled and pulled and hurt me. Not enough novacaine. I tried to tell him It was hurting very bad. He just said hang in there, said he had to break my tooth.
