Terrible customer service, I do not recommend. I arrived for a pedicure and was told to sit, that there will be a little wait. 1 hour later I’m still waiting and other walk ins are being taken before me. When I ask how much longer my wait will be they all looked shocked like they forgot about me, one tech said sorry I didn’t realize you were waiting & told me it would be another 20-30 mins. I calmly gatherer my things and walked out. All employees stayed silent and ignored me as I left.
Great service and Lynn the owner is very good and makes you comfortable at the Nail & Spa
Please refrain from coming here they can’t do nails and they can’t do simple French tip. The acrylics so thick and the designs and shapes are uneven. The owner even was ready to take the money out my wallet for me when I was trying to pay her.
