I ordered a DELUXE version of an arrangement for a friend. She received a standard version. I tried calling the store several times. The voice mailbox is full. I called the 800 number and the recording continually says to the office is closed. It is a pretty arrangement, but it isn't what I paid for!! I'm sure they thought I would have never known about the bait and switch that was sent.

Poor service and quality of flowers. Paid three days ago for two arrangements to be delivered today. No delivery as of 1pm and phone direct to voicemail. Went to the store and they had not even started arrangements yet!

"Terrible customer service experience". Flowers drooped after 24 hours of being delivered and continued drooping the next day (see pictures, first day after, then second day). Note: Ends of the stems were cut diagonally immediately after delivery and placed in fresh water. When questioned about the condition of the flowers after delivery, the manager took no responsibility and in fact stated that the flowers were delivered fresh and barely opened. I ordered 103 roses for a birthday girl that was turning 103 to be delivered on Saturday, July 27th, 2024. I received a picture of the bouquet as soon as it was delivered and it looked absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely order from Magical Flowers For You in the future, they are great, they followed the instructions and flowers were delivered at noon. Birthday girl was all smiles. Thank you very much!
