My flowers were supposed to be delivered Saturday. They say no one answered the door, but no one ever knocked. Got the flowers Sunday & they were in nasty water (see pic 1) & the light pink roses were already shriveled at the petals. By Monday morning, some of the bouquet was already dying. Today is Thursday & I have less than half the bouquet left. (See pic 2.) Didn’t even get a week out them. Extremely disappointed with everything except the lady who helped me on the phone.
I placed an order Sunday night on FTD for a delivery on Monday for my anniversary. I was out of town on Monday and Tuesday, but as I drove home on Tuesday evening it still has not been delivered. I stopped by on my way at 6:45 PM, but no one was there. The hours on Google Maps and FTD were wrong. They're not open on Mondays, but should have been open to 7pm. Good customer service on the phone
Do not order from the online website!!!! It is a total scam. I had to report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I have an active police investigation on the business as well. I placed an online order and was charged to my account shortly after. The flowers were never delivered which prompted me to contact the business directly. The owner was extremely rude and non chalant. This place doesn't even deserve one star but it wouldn't let me post without picking one. A friends mother passed away and flowers were ordered from Magical Bloom online and NEVER sent. My cc was charged the day the order was placed. However the recipient never received the flowers. I've called every day and no one answers or it's a busy signal. This flower shop is a complete SCAM. Do Not EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
