Like yeh, decent haircut, decent price. But doesn’t care about the customer experience. Hair everywhere, in every corner of the shop. Has time to clean it up and just doesn’t. Customer isn’t first priority, often goes off answering phone calls and then will be talking on phone while doing your cut.
