I couldn't have asked for a better experience on my first ride. The team was friendly and professional from start to finish. Phil was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the area & willing to answer our questions. If I hadn't seen the ground getting further away, I wouldn't have known we were taking off, as it was so smooth. Same with the landing - barely a bump. I also appreciated the later start time as I am not a morning person, though this was absolutely worth getting out of bed for!

I surprised my boyfriend with a hot air balloon ride for his birthday, and it was the best experience ever! Phil, the pilot was very calm, informative and knowledgeable. We felt safe with him during the entire ride. All the staff members made the experience smooth and were so nice and welcoming. We purchased the picture and video package from David, It all came out beautiful. The views are gorgeous. Thank you !! Highly recommended, It was a wonderful experience!

My best friend and I celebrated our birthdays with this adventure. We appreciated all the care that was given throughout the whole experience. When we arrived to the meeting point (shopping center parking lot), there were bathroom and breakfast/coffee options readily available. There were photo/video packages available for purchase as well, which is very much worth it! There were about 16 of us in the basket. 客服服务态度不错，那个男的很好说话 要退款就直接退款了。主要还是我早上3点起来 4点出发 5点到集合点。那个时候就已经在下雨了 然后等到了6点多 突然和我们说飞行取消了。你早点说我就不过来了 纯浪费我的时间。哦对了呼吁大家记住别带重物 因为随身物品也算你自己的重量 如果超了会罚钱的。而且这点官网上没说。 The customer service was great, and the refund process was quick and easy. HOWEVER, my main complaint is the poor communication regarding the cancellation. I had to wake up at 3:00 AM and drive an hour just to arrive at the meeting point by 5:30 AM.
