My best friend and I celebrated our birthdays with this adventure. We appreciated all the care that was given throughout the whole experience. When we arrived to the meeting point (shopping center parking lot), there were bathroom and breakfast/coffee options readily available. 客服服务态度不错，那个男的很好说话 要退款就直接退款了。主要还是我早上3点起来 4点出发 5点到集合点。那个时候就已经在下雨了 然后等到了6点多 突然和我们说飞行取消了。你早点说我就不过来了 纯浪费我的时间。哦对了呼吁大家记住别带重物 因为随身物品也算你自己的重量 如果超了会罚钱的。而且这点官网上没说。 The customer service was great, and the refund process was quick and easy. HOWEVER, my main complaint is the poor communication regarding the cancellation. I had to wake up at 3:00 AM and drive an hour just to arrive at the meeting point by 5:30 AM. Wonderful services. If you are in Temecula or nearby must do it and with them They save you time
The balloon ride was even better than I originally imagined. Despite getting up at 530am to gather at 630am, I wasn't ever sleepy during the ride Denny, our pilot and owner, added a lot to the experience. I learnt alot from his impressive knowledge of the Temecula area, his stories and his explanations about ballooning. This was a great experience Phil, Janet, Dan, Renee and Robert were all amazing professional, fun and knowledgeable. Sights were beautiful and Phil the pilot shared many interesting facts about the area and hot air balloons. Thanks for a wonderful experience
