Horrible services. Agree with other reviews of a lack of caring for others what so ever. No sense of time or professionalism knowing that getting a VA appraisal in this area have no choice but to deal with this company and their lack of abilities.
A terrible appraiser!!! I thought I was just being impatient until others started telling me about the bad experiences they have had with Magic Valley Appraisal, from lenders to Realtors!! Time to file a complaint. The owner seems to be completely incompetent at appraisals yet stellar with excuses! She has no concern for others gladly accepts payment and then takes her sweet time. This can cause a lot of financial and emotional stress for buyers and sellers.
