Overall, the house was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we enjoyed the community and its amenities. There were a few issues that affected our overall experience. We had long waits at the gate, about 30–40 minutes on two occasions. After checkout, we received several requests to leave a review, which we did. A couple of days later, we were notified of a damage claim regarding something we were not aware of and do not believe we caused. Wonderful home at Windsor Cay Resort! Very comfortable couches. Teens enjoyed the loft area. Playstation was a win win. Upon arrival, everything was super clean. Amazing detail decorations. Super nice clubhouse, walking distance from the home. Walmart just across the street. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed but not oven mittens.
