Had the platinum cleaning on my van yesterday. These are the results. Not impressed.
They are just rude The lady that rings you up acts like she just bit a lemon and the guys are just so rude. I have tried so many times to use them but i cant stand being treated that way.
Clean the car. If you pay for the platinum wash. Then that car should be sparkling clean. I went over my car after I got home and the door jams are a mess. The tires still have brake dust on them. And water spots in a few places.
My mother paid them to deep clean her car and they didn't do much of anything! Will post pictures soon!! My mother couldn't do it herself do to health issues or she could've done it herself.
RecommendedI visit almost weekly and they do an excellent job.

Took my car to Magic Tunnel Car Wash this morning and purchased the Gold Wash. They did a horrible job vacuuming it out. Please go look at my Facebook page to see pictures. I am very disappointed.
Magic Tunnel waxed and detailed my 2001 Ford Super Crew today. Absolutely clean as the Board of Health. Beautiful. Thanks guys. Bill Burgess
