Terry is a local guy who has an amazing auto shop here in Quinlan. My car broke down in neighbors driveway . Terry accessed the situation, towed my car in and had it going in no time flat. I found Terry to be very polite and honest businessman. I was very pleased with Terry’s work and I was back on the road quickly.
This shop has truly impressed me with their service! My front bumper was taken out by a faulty automatic gate, along with a tire and a side mirror. Gloria kept me consistently updated throughout the whole process, and did amazing working with my insurance! Wow - I am flabbergasted. I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I was rear ended in December and the repair shop I knew was booked out until the end of January, so I shopped around to some other places. When I called Magic Touch, the kind person not only gave me information about how the car repair process works and when she could get me in, but also helped me work through insurance-related woes with the company of the guy who rear ended me. I'm 77 years old and in all my years this is the first time I have felt compelled to write about a business, especially one who is in the auto repair business. Over the years I have found them all to be greedy and uncaring. This business is exactly the opposite. The work they do there is focused on making your car showroom ready.
