Ozie was amazing!!!! She pampered my nails and took her time. She also shaped them exactly how I wanted them. I love out conversation and just how much of a people person she is!
This is by far, the absolutely best nail salon in Burlington! I normally see Kat However, she was on vacation and I had a nail emergency. I walked in last minute and Aimee was my nail surgeon today Even though it was closing time, and I know, she was probably exhausted from a long day, she did not rush me, She was so professional -walking me through all the details of what she was doing just to make sure I was happy. Two hours for them to have me with two different people and for me to even see the nail tech struggling to do the design I personally prefer for them to have told me I can’t do that design and I would’ve picked something else I could literally feel each time she would clean the burning around my cuticle also, and than bumps on the nails so unhappy tried to reach out for a refund and all they gave me is to come in after I stated I don’t live close that I was passing by and they still told me they couldn’t do nothing for me.
