My wife has been a regular here and usually has a great experience, but today was completely different. She was assigned a masseuse with a terrible attitude, who applied tiger balm all over her upperbody — including her hair — without asking if it was ok. It wasn’t even a proper massage, more like a light rub down, wiped down with a tissue and then she just walked out of the room. Very good service and staff was great. 100% satisfied.
The massage itself was great .. no issues there. However, the environment left a lot to be desired. For the majority of the session, staff were talking and laughing loudly, including the masseuse working on me. I eventually said something, and while it quieted down briefly, the noise soon returned. To add to that, the background music stopped about a quarter of the way in and was never turned back on.
