Jasmin is amazing. I have had frozen shoulder problems for more than a year, and she has helped me more than anyone else. Her massage and treatment have made a real difference, and I’m finally feeling improvement. I’m very happy I found her and highly recommend her.
I’ve been here twice for full body massages and both times were disappointing. Getting two stars simply because the first masseuse lady was good. I would NOT recommend. On my second visit the masseuse massaged me mostly with one hand. I genuinely thought she was a one arm lady for the first 15minutes of my massage until I noticed that she was on her mobile with the other hand. The lady behind the counter is extremely rude, I have been a long time customer and got treated with such disrespect the other day. She has no idea about customer service. I will never go to this shop ever again, learn to respect your customers and not treat them like a number. Minus 10 for customer service 👎🏾
I went in today for a full-body massage and had a really disappointing experience. The older lady started by just rubbing oil on my back rather than actually massaging. Toward the end of the session, she left the room and a male came in without any prior warning or consent to finish the massage. Terrible massage. I have had so many massage’s before but not at this place and never had a disappointing experience, till I tried this place today. Moved into the area recently. Won’t be coming back. Please improve your service. The lady I had was not experienced and I didn’t feel relax nor did I feel better after it. She wasted my time she money. Do better!!
