Very disappointed in the service we received. I took clothes in that we needed for a wedding and notified the staff I would need it in a week. The day I was supposed to pick up the clothes, I received a phone call saying they need to confirm prices and they didn't even start the clothes. On top of not receiving the clothes cleaned, the tickets clearly stated I dropped off 14 pieces of clothes all together and I only received 10 pieces back. They lost 4 of my husband's dress shirts and did nothing to compensate for them.
