went there for a car wash, was told wash was being repaired, then 2 weeks later, made an appt for detailing thru a groupon. Called Fri evening before Sat am appt and was told I could drop off car at 9am, and had to leave it there all day. Husband emptied contents of car, made arrangements to go into work late to follow me out there Sat am, when we got there at 9am, no one showed up...waited 35 minutes with another customer who was told she could drop off at 8:30, this her second poor experience here as well. Wish I could rate my experience. I've been trying to drop my car off for the past 2 months with no luck. No one is there and I have tried to call many, MANY times. No answering machine. Got through a couple times and the person said they would be there anywhere from 9:30am to 10:00am. Stopped by many times for several days but no one is there at all. So upset because now groupon will expire. The phone number of car wash on groupon doesn't even work. You have to google "Magic Touch" car wash and use that number which I'm not ... read more
No stars- I just called to get a price to have my car washed and cleaned inside and out- I could not get a straight answer - they were giving me detail prices not just the interior/exterior price. By the time I ended the call I was given the prices of $69.95, $35, and $10 and not in that order. If they can't get it straight on the phone, how can I trust them with my car?
