Worst service ever. They scratched our brand new truck in the car wash. When we went back to try and get it repaired, they refused to allow me to speak to the owner. First they said he would be in later, then they claimed he was out until the following Monday. They denied all liability, rude and nasty to my husband in person, and even worse to me in the 2 phone calls I made to them on the phone. Our truck is damaged, no recourse, and we will not be back to this shoddy company who treats people like crap.
Our truck looked like crap ! Tires weren't clean. Windows were smudged. Was not worth 35 bucks we will not be back !
I've never been to a car wash before by myself ans they took the time to let me know the whole process and help me through. I loved it, and thwy did a great job.
This place is a joke. We just went there to get my husband's truck washed after he came back from hunting. They wanted to charge us an extra $10 because it's too dirty. Ummm, isn't this a car wash?? Maybe you're only supposed to wash clean cars? And it doesn't say anything about that on their website. They just lost our business. When I called and talked to the manager, he acted as though he couldn't care less that they just lost a customer.
They do a pretty good job. I will be going back. And recommending them to other people.
Didn't get what we paid for. The third row seating area was not touched at all, we had to point it out, so much more that was not cleaned. An older man sent a kid to help us out and no one took responsibility for the lack of work. Very disappointed, usually they do a good job.
Awesome job! No wonder there is a wait! Totally worth it! Thanks, I'll be back!
Was 5th vehicle here but 8th vehicle through wash. Also they took some cars out of order. But the quality of their work is very good.
