I had a small issue and saw Raul. He has to be one of the kindest people I've met. He immediately helped me, despite me just showing up with no appointment. He gave great advice, solved my problem, and offered plenty of options. He refused to charge me and said he sincerely just wanted to help. I've rarely received service of such a high caliber in my life and, so I felt compelled to write this review.
After someone accidently ran me off the road, damaging my front tire, rim and bumper, I went to Magic Touch Auto Body. Raul, the owner, gave me a quote that was about half of what one of the bigger auto body shops in Oceanside had quoted me. Raul immediately ordered the parts and had the rim reconditioned while I drove on the spare tire that he put on. I had a wonderful experience, my car came out like new maybe even better. Service was great, super easy they walked me through everything and didn't take forever like other places. I would highly recommend
