They broke drivers side mirror and told me there was nothing they could do, taped it and had me go through the car wash cause the line was out to the road and didn't want to make the cars move. I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for two days and left msg after msg and no one has gotten back to me!!!!! This place is a joke if they can't even own up to what they did. How are they still in business😠
I have been a monthly wash member for years, and recently traded my vehicle in. So I needed new RFID sticker for my windshield . I was told I have to pay $21 for the sticker..... "it isn't the car washes fault I bought a new car ." I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Craziness.
has my car washed with the works,,,,when I went to vacuum it I discovered there were many black spots on the left side of the vehicle,,,probably from the car shine,,this also happened to my wifes car, the color is white,,again got the works,,,full of black spots on left side,,,,,
Went to get my car washed after snow storm. Paid $15.00 and part of my back wasn't ever washed. Still dirty. $17.00 not well spent.
Just spent $12 on a car wash and the right side of my car is still covered in mud.
