I had my carpets, dining room chairs, and sectional cleaned. Very professional service, responsive, and prices were economical. Plan to hire them again in the future.
I have been using this company for over 20 years, back when I lived in an apartment. Beto and his Brother do a great job, are always professional and have very reasonable prices. They even helped me to move my couch and put it up on small blocks to enable the carpet to dry.
If a could give them zero stars I would. They are highly unprofessional. First my mom called on a Saturday to make an appointment for them to come and clean the carpet. The man was rude to her and told her to slow down because she was talking too fast, just like that he said it. That is rude and you don’t speak like that to customers. Secondly, they told her they would come Monday at 9am but they never showed up or if had the curtesy to call and inform us they weren’t coming. What a waste of time.
