Had driveway seal coated in September last year and less than an hour later it rained and also the temperature dropped to under 50° that night and the owner said the driveway would take and be fine and to call him the following year if it did not. I called him in May this year and left several voicemails because the driveway appeared to have not been seal coated at all last year due to above circumstances. Owner finally called back a month and a half later and looked at it and said it was fine which it is not.
