Always great smiles and always great service
If I could put negative stars I would. I called inquiring about a haircut for myself and my child. When there were none available for almost exactly a month, I started trying to ask if I could book that day and then cancel if I found an alternative before that date. However, before I could get out the question I got a "No problem. Goodbye." That's it. No apology, no courtesy of any sort. Absolutely heinous behaviour, and unwilling to return calls. 10/10 do NOT recommend someone with so little customer service skills.

I like Tammy, but her haircuts suck!! I will never go back there. I left feeling like I didn’t even get a haircut. What a waste of money!!
