When I contacted they replied right away, the customer service was outstanding, they were pleasant and nice, not pushy. They arranged for a facetime call so I could see the rug in person. Literally the most beautiful rugs I have ever seen. The quality is incomparable to what exists in the mainstream market. These are individually picked new or vintage rugs that don't even get made anymore and are soulful.
