I have purchased 2 carpets (both 7 x 10) in the last 2 months and have been more that satisfied, no astounded, by the quality of the carpets as well as the customer service. Each order was packaged, shipped and arrived when promised. Customer service went above and beyond with my orders. I purchased vintage carpets and the quality far exceeded the description. I plan on purchasing more carpets in the future from Magic Rugs. I hope that your purchase will be as phenomenal as the experience I had.

Its always a gamble buying a rug online.... but i had a fair idea what I wanted. I made contact with Magic Rugs after finding the rug I wanted....almost.
