Ricky , was very responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He was a pleasure to work with while getting my septic problem fixed.
Ricky and his crew have helped me multiple times over the past 5 years. He's always the first person I call when I have a problem. He's helped me with everything from a clogged drain, to replacing a bathtub, to replacing a sewer line. I've used other people in Tupelo, but he's the best in my opinion.
Gave me a free quote over the phone..and was out here fixing it the same day..not only did they do excellent job they were also teaching me how to maintain it from cleaning the pump to changing my own sprinkler heads.. their price was honest and fair for the job they did plus I got knowledge in return...highly recommend Magic Rooter

Ricky was a pleasure to work with. I had to get my septic system completely replaced. Ricky gave me a fair estimate and honored the price (even though one of the trucks broke down in my steep yard just as a heavy rain started, and I know he had to pay extra to get the truck up the hill and out of the mud).
