Our treatment plant backed up and the aerator motor went out, Ricky showed up the next day and got it pumped out and replaced the motor. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything and give us some pointers for our system. Highly recommend!
I needed my water main line fixed in a hurry to restore water. this was the 5th time i had to deal with this issue. I needed someone who would fix it right this time and was hoping Magic Rooter would fit the bill. They worked hard and fixed it right. I can't say enough good things about them. Ricky and his wife listened with compassion, explained with knowledge, worked very hard, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
Couldn't get the guy to come out. Called him two days in a row and he promised he would come out but never showed, no call, no excuses, nothing. Why tell us for two days you were coming but not show up???? Now my septic problems are worse then when it started.
I will never ever call this plumber again…. Says he will show up numerous times and is a no show!!!!! Can’t depend on him!!!!
