I am a new home owner and I called them to come in and clean my pool which was green at this point and they can never really give you a date as to when. They showed up and shocked it and came back every so often until the water was clear. However, they left algea on the sides of the tiles. Then they came out to clean the filter and the pool did seem cleaner after but again still algea on the tiles. Supposedly they vacuumed and skimmed it.
