Poor service . I arrived at my 9 am apt at 845 like I would to any apt and was told I had to wait in the heat with my dog . It was 90 degrees out side ! I could have been filling out paperwork but instead I was told it's not their fault . I can't imagine how they treat dogs when ur not there because when I was they made my dog sit in the heat!

I did need some time to gather my thoughts and respond to you properly. We always have someone in the shop 30 minutes prior to opening. For several reasons including insurance, safety, pre-opening inspections, etc. we cannot open the door prior to our stated opening time of 9:00 am. My first time with Ginger and I have never been more satisfied than I am with my current grooming company.Very nice 2 pleasant ladies made me feel so welcomed. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place!!! Before bringing my dog here I took her to the vet for her annual check up. They told me everything was fine. When I brung her to Magic Pets they noticed her anal glands were infected to point were they could've bursted and notified me right away. I was so upset that the vet missed that, but thankful that Magic pets saw it and notified me. I took my dog back to vet and they apologized and did surgery immediately. Thanks Magic Pets for saving my dog!! ���
